GDS Rule-3 Online Transfer Cycle: Approved Transfer List Expected by December 3

Department of Posts has confirmed a revised schedule for the GDS Rule-3 Online Transfer Cycle for October 2025. As per an official communication issued by the GDS Section Postal Directorate, technical validations and cross-verification of transfer requests are currently underway.

The final list of approved GDS Rule 3 transfers is expected to be completed and released by December 3, 2025.

The updated schedule for relieving GDS employees and other related activities will be communicated separately once final approvals are completed. Circles have been advised to stay alert and await notifications on the Transfer Portal for further updates.

This announcement follows the earlier notification issued on November 21, 2025, regarding the revised timelines for the October 2025 transfer cycle.

Officials have also been instructed to display alerts or flash notifications on the GDS Transfer Portal for awareness among all concerned employees.
