National Anubhav Outreach Program 2025-26: Department of Posts Begins Drive for Submitting Experience Write-ups
Department of Posts (DoP) has circulated a new order to promote participation in the National Anubhav Outreach Program 2025-26, encouraging retiring and retired Central Government employees to share their work experiences through the Anubhav Portal.
According to the circular dated 13 October 2025, issued from Dak Bhavan, New Delhi, the initiative follows the Office Memorandum No. 4/01/2025-P&PW (CPEN) E-8805 of the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoP&PW).
The Anubhav Portal was launched in 2015 at the direction of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and provides a platform for government employees to record their experiences, insights, and suggestions for improving governance.
Since its launch, around 50 Anubhav Awards have been given to selected write-ups. For the 2026 National Anubhav Awards, the government has now introduced a structured outreach plan to collect high-quality submissions. Retiring Central Government employees and pensioners can submit their Anubhav write-ups from 8 months before retirement up to 3 years after retirement.
Under this year’s scheme, the best 5 write-ups will receive National Anubhav Awards, while 10 others will be honoured with Jury Certificates.
Departments and postal circles have been instructed to widely publicize the program among employees, especially those nearing retirement, and to promote participation during farewell functions.
Authorities have also been advised to issue appreciation certificates to employees who submit their experiences and to conduct awareness campaigns across offices and Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
Each department has been asked to submit a monthly compliance report through a designated Google Sheet link provided by DoP&PW.
