RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025: Registration Begins for 5,810 Graduate Posts — Check Notification, Eligibility, Steps, and Vacancies

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially started the online registration process for the RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Exam 2025–26.

This year, the board has announced a total of 5,810 vacancies for various graduate-level NTPC posts across different railway zones.

As per the notification, candidates can now apply through their respective regional RRB websites. The recruitment aims to fill several key posts in the Indian Railways, including Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Senior Clerk, Junior Accounts Assistant, and Traffic Assistant.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Posts: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory.

Undergraduate Posts: Candidates should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination.

Age Limit: The age limit is generally 18 to 33 years, with relaxations for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.

  • Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor – 161
  • Station Master – 615
  • Goods Train Manager – 3,416
  • Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist – 921
  • Senior Clerk cum Typist – 638
  • Traffic Assistant – 59

How to Apply:

  1. Visit your regional RRB’s official website.
  2. Click on the NTPC 2025 application link on the homepage.
  3. Register with your basic details to generate a registration number and password.
  4. Fill out the application form, providing personal, educational, and post preference details.
  5. Upload scanned copies of required documents.
  6. Pay the application fee online.
  7. Double-check all information and submit the form before the deadline.

Selection Process

The selection process will include two Computer-Based Tests (CBT 1 and CBT 2), followed by skill or typing tests for specific posts.

Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions, including educational qualifications, age, and nationality, to avoid disqualification.
